Shipping Policy
Prescription products are only shipped after:
- Medical eligibility has been reviewed
- Required intake forms and consents are completed
- Payment has been successfully processed
- A licensed medical provider has approved the order when appropriate
Submission of an order does not guarantee approval or shipment of prescription products.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after medical review and approval.
Processing times may be longer during:
- Holidays
- Severe weather events
- National medication shortages
- High order volume
- Additional medical review requirements
Patients will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once an order has shipped.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the United States where permitted by law.
Certain medications or products may not be available in all states due to pharmacy licensing restrictions or state regulations.
Prescription Medication Shipping
Prescription medications are shipped by our licensed pharmacy partners in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
Because prescription medications are temperature-sensitive and regulated products:
- Adult signature may be required for certain shipments
- Expedited shipping may be used when medically necessary
- Orders cannot be rerouted once shipped
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.
Non-Returnable Products
For safety and regulatory reasons, prescription medications cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once shipped, even if unopened, except where required by law.
Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at hello@favoritefamilydoc.com
We will work with the shipping carrier and pharmacy partner to determine appropriate next steps.
Replacement shipments are handled on a case-by-case basis.
